Bok Bok B'Gerk Red Spotty Teapot Brooch
We've come at an impasse; I am not a tea drinker. I don't do the thing with the cup and the saucer and I do not have the co-ordination to do the thing where you are sticking your pinky finger out. To the lovely tea drinkers, you will find this brooch divine!
The funny thing is, I am a passionate collector of fine bone china tea sets. I have many and they are displayed in cabinets around my home; but I DO NOT DRINK TEA. Petals, I don't know what that says about me. I think I'm having a "Mad Hatter" moment. Oh well.
This brooch was laser cut in Buninyong, Australia using the eco-friendly wood of the Alder Tree. Alder trees have a rapid growth rate and help increase nitrogen and organic matter in the soil, which assists in the improvement of soils with poor fertility.
The teapot is hand painted before being sealed with a jewellers grade resin. It measures approximately 6.5cms wide x 4.5cms high.
